SUP SUP is a South African functional lifestyle beverage brand. We make three non-alcoholic drinks — Sober Paloma, Reviver and Nightcap — each built around a different part of your day: morning, post-activity recovery and evening wind-down. Every ingredient is chosen for a specific purpose and fully disclosed on the label.

No. SUP SUP is 100% alcohol-free. It's designed as a delicious alternative for the moments you'd normally reach for a drink. None of our three drinks contain caffeine.

SUP SUP is proudly South African, born in Cape Town. Our suppliers are from across South Africa and our active ingredients are manufactured in Pretoria using food-safe, locally compliant formulations.

Each drink is formulated to be delicious and for a specific moment in your day:

Sober Paloma — Morning Ritual. Grapefruit Paloma flavour. A full B-vitamin complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12), Vitamin C, zinc, magnesium and electrolytes (potassium + sodium).

Reviver — Recovery Ritual. Raspberry flavour. Enriched with B-vitamins, Vitamin C and E, zinc, magnesium and electrolytes, plus NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine) and taurine.

Nightcap — Evening Ritual. Mixed Berry flavour. Magnesium (bisglycinate & citrate), Vitamin B6, zinc, electrolytes, L-theanine and taurine, plus calming botanicals — chamomile, valerian root and passionflower extracts.

You can drink all SUP SUP's drinks at any time of the day. Sober Paloma is meant for a daily vitamin boost. Reviver is best drunk after activity — post-gym, post-run or the morning after a big night. Nightcap is best in the evening to wind down.

A 250ml ready-to-drink can, for each of the three rituals and ease of use. A 500ml syrup to be mixed with water (preferably sparkling) will be launched in the coming months.

SUP SUP is vegan and gluten-free. It does not contain any of the common allergens defined under South African food labelling regulations — no egg, dairy, crustaceans, fish, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, or gluten-containing cereals.

SUP SUP is formulated for adults and isn't intended for children. However, we will be launching a dedicated children's range soon.
